As a mechanical and electrical engineering contracting firm, we’re putting together a general plan for engineering assessment and systemic development that will apply to all of our job sites.
Our goal can be summarised as determining the relationship between produced gains and design, implementation, and purchasing, by using the most up-to-date and best applications on project methodology and design aspects, and then incorporating “Lessons Learned” into the Tender department from this data.
The final step entails evaluating and negotiating the economic component of the project’s added value.
We seek to bring the value added to the project to the forefront in light of the contractual conditions that traditional contract types bring, in order to preserve the win-win concept between the parties.
